En el corte realizado el 9 de febrero el sistema electr\u00f3nico reflej\u00f3 que acumularon 9 mil 596.62 toneladas de frijol de las siguientes variedades: bayo, canario, flor de junio, flor de mayo, negro San Luis, negro Zacatecas, otros claros, otros de color y pinto Saltillo.<\/p>\n
Esto represent\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n de 91 millones 528 mil 239 pesos.<\/p>\n
\u201cCabe se\u00f1alar que el acopio fue regular, el frijol negro predomina en los cultivos, pues no cerramos las 10 mil toneladas como municipio; esto quiere decir que se acopio el 50 por ciento de lo que generalmente en a\u00f1os anteriores se recib\u00eda, alrededor de las 18 mil toneladas, la situaci\u00f3n es que afortunadamente esta vez el grano tuvo buen precio y esto g\u00e9nero que hubiera m\u00e1s opciones donde poder vender su frijol\u201d, explic\u00f3.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Enfatiz\u00f3 que \u201cs\u00ed funcion\u00f3 la estrategia de subirlo a los 9 pesos, m\u00e1s los 2 pesos del apoyo del gobierno lo elevaron a 11 pesos por kilogramo de manera oficial, cuando en realidad estuvo a 12 o hasta 13 pesos por fuera\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cEl mercado reaccion\u00f3 de buena manera a pesar de que no se acopi\u00f3 lo que se esperaba y de igual manera el beneficio se vio reflejado directamente en el productor\u201d.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Asimismo, Samaniego Casta\u00f1eda agreg\u00f3 que \u201cel acopio termin\u00f3 el 31 del mes pasado, este conteo es hasta el 9 de febrero; ya se cerrar\u00e1 el sistema, lo que quiere decir que ya no se recibir\u00e1 m\u00e1s frijol, as\u00ed que debido a esta buena respuesta esperamos que el mercado siga bien y se mantengan estos precios\u201d.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que algunos productores, cuyas tierras no son buenas para producir frijol, eligieron cosechar forrajes por contrato, \u201cpoco a poco se han convencido los productores que solamente frijol es tedioso para la tierra\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cHoy podemos decir que en Zacatecas tuvimos una buena cosecha, pues en estados como Chihuahua no se levant\u00f3 grano alguno de frijol, en Durango y Coahuila estuvo muy reducida la producci\u00f3n, esto tambi\u00e9n ayudo a que en nuestro estado subiera el precio\u201d, destac\u00f3.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
