Irapuato, Guanajuato.- \u201cTenemos ahorita un problema que no hay que magnificar, el problema del pulg\u00f3n amarillo\u201d, sin embargo las afectaciones ascienden a aproximadamente 200 mil hect\u00e1reas de sorgo por la presencia de dicha plaga en el estado, subray\u00f3 el subsecretario de Agricultura, Jes\u00fas Aguilar Padilla.<\/p>\n
Lo anterior, durante el evento de toma de protesta del Consejo Estatal Agroalimentario de Guanajuato 2015-2017.<\/p>\n
En entrevista, el funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los m\u00e1s \u201camolados\u201d han sido el cultivo de sorgo de temporal, es decir los peque\u00f1os productores.<\/p>\n
Las afectaciones se estiman en 200 mil hect\u00e1reas de sorgo en todo el estado, 100 mil de temporal y 100 mil de riego, sin embargo los m\u00e1s afectados han sido los productores m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. Mientras que la cosecha se reducir\u00e1 en un 30 por ciento, dio a conocer.<\/p>\n
\u201cEs un problema t\u00e9cnico de plagas no es un problema pol\u00edtico, quiz\u00e1 voy a decir algo pol\u00edticamente incorrecto, tenemos que sumar esfuerzos, tener la visi\u00f3n muy clara para que no se traslade el tema de pulg\u00f3n amarillo a una plataforma pol\u00edtica\u201d, por lo cual, la situaci\u00f3n no se debe magnificar, indic\u00f3.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Adem\u00e1s inform\u00f3 que ya se dise\u00f1aron las medidas regionales para combatir el pulg\u00f3n amarillo y se est\u00e1 trabajando en los instrumentos que se van a impulsar para compensar el ingreso a los peque\u00f1os productores \u201ctemporaleros\u201d m\u00e1s afectados, as\u00ed mismo se les est\u00e1 apoyando a trav\u00e9s del fideicomiso creado entre Federaci\u00f3n, Estado y productores.<\/p>\n
Aunque recalc\u00f3 que lo anterior, permitir\u00e1 una reconversi\u00f3n del campo, para emigrar a otros cultivos.<\/p>\n
Adelantan reducci\u00f3n de presupuesto<\/p>\n
El subsecretario admiti\u00f3 que aunque a\u00fan no sabe de cu\u00e1nto s\u00ed habr\u00e1 una reducci\u00f3n del presupuesto federal para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, sin embargo se trabaja en una \u201creingenier\u00eda\u201d para que el campo no se vea afectado y los apoyos a peque\u00f1os y medianos productores sigan llegando.<\/p>\n
Dio a conocer que el presupuesto de la Sagarpa es de 92 mil millones de pesos y en concurrencia con estados son 12 mil millones de pesos m\u00e1s, sin embargo a\u00fan no se estima de cu\u00e1nto ser\u00e1 la reducci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
